When responding to inquiries, appraisals, purchases, sales, after-sales service, and similar matters, we collect personal information to the extent necessary, including your name, email address, phone number, the content of your inquiry, and vehicle information.

If you apply for auto loan (credit) pre-screening, we additionally collect the information the finance company requires for its application, including date of birth, gender, marital status, household composition, address, housing situation, employment and income details, existing borrowings, driver’s licence number, and an image of your driver’s licence.

Except as required by law, we do not provide personal information to third parties without the individual’s consent. However, we may provide necessary information to subcontractors and partner businesses to the extent required for procedures such as vehicle registration, transfer of ownership, transport, financing, and warranties.

Information submitted through the auto loan pre-screening form is used, with your consent, solely so that our staff can enter your application on your behalf into Premium Online Credit (POC), operated by the finance company Premium Co., Ltd. (2-10-4 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo). It is not used for any other purpose.

Once provided, the information is handled by Premium Co., Ltd. under its own consent clauses on the handling of personal information, for the purposes of its credit assessment and subsequent account management. Details of that handling are presented to you during the application process.

Images of your driver’s licence are collected for identity verification and the credit application, and are retained only for submission to the finance company and for any statutory retention period. Once that purpose is fulfilled, the information is deleted without undue delay unless the law requires otherwise.

As part of the application procedure, we may later ask you to sign a “Delegation and Consent Form for Application Procedures” and to agree to the finance company’s terms. The screening decision is made by the finance company; we do not guarantee its outcome.

We take appropriate security management measures to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of the personal information we collect.

For requests from an individual to disclose, correct, suspend the use of, or delete their personal information, we will verify the identity of the requester and respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws. Please contact the inquiry desk below.
