Q.Can you deliver anywhere in Japan?
A.Yes. Based in Yoshikawa, Saitama, we deliver throughout Japan. From guiding you through the paperwork to arranging transport, we handle everything — so please feel free to reach out even if you're far away. Worldwide export is also available.
Q.Is appraisal and purchase free? Can you come to me?
A.Appraisals are free. We offer on-site appraisals mainly across the Yoshikawa, Misato, Koshigaya and Nagareyama areas, often on the same day. We aim for the highest possible price based on market data and a hands-on inspection of your vehicle.
Q.Can you buy non-running, accident-damaged, or financed cars?
A.Yes. We purchase non-running vehicles, cars with accident history, and vehicles still under a loan. We also handle procedures such as ownership transfer and deregistration free of charge.
Q.Can I pay by installments (financing)?
A.Yes, financing is available. We'll suggest a plan to suit your budget and needs, so please ask us when you get in touch or visit the showroom.
Q.Do you offer a warranty?
A.Yes, we provide a dealer warranty. It covers major components including the engine and transmission, and extended plans are also available on request. Please contact us for details.
Q.Can I take a test drive?
A.Yes, test drives are available by appointment. If there's a vehicle you're interested in, please book a visit or contact us in advance.
Q.Can you also handle inspection, servicing and fault diagnosis?
A.Yes. Working with our partner certified workshops, we provide vehicle inspection (shaken), statutory checks, fault diagnosis (OBD), tire and oil changes, and more — all in one place.
Q.Can I get in touch on WhatsApp?

Q.Do you offer consignment sales?
A.Yes. We connect your cherished car with its next owner through fair pricing and professional negotiation. We're happy to explain how this differs from a standard purchase.
Q.Can you export overseas? Which countries?
A.Yes — we ship rare, imported and classic Japanese cars worldwide. Just tell us your destination country and nearest port, and we'll arrange shipping and quote the cost.
Q.How does payment work from abroad?
A.Once you've chosen a car, we send a clear total — the car plus shipping to your nearest port. You reserve it by international bank transfer, and we hold it for you as soon as payment is confirmed.
Q.How long does shipping take?
A.It depends on your destination and the sailing schedule — typically a few weeks to a couple of months from departure. We share tracking details once your car ships out.
Q.Who handles import duties and customs?
A.Import duties, taxes and customs clearance in your own country are handled by you or your local agent. On our side, we take care of the export preparation and provide the documents that travel with the car.
